How can I print on campus?

Answer

Park University uses Ink Kiosks to print on campus. There are a variety of kiosks around campus, including:

  • Norrington - 1st floor in the study area, by the laptop kiosks
  • Mackay - 2nd floor inside the computer lab
  • Milsap Foyer - at the top of the stairs by the SGA office
  • Copley Quad - by the main entrance on the 1st floor
  • Copley - 3rd floor near the elevator
  • Chestnut - 1st floor near the main entrance
  • Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center

All students get $20 of free printing money per semester. Black-and-white prints cost $0.10 per page.

How to use Ink Kiosks:

Students may send print jobs to the Ink Kiosk in a variety of ways:

1. Choose the "Ink Kiosk" printer from any Norrington Center public computer and click "Print" within that application (i.e. Firefox, Word, etc.). On that computer, students will be prompted to enter their MyPark credentials (students: ID#; employees: username) to upload the document. Once uploaded, the document may be printed at any kiosk.

2. Login to park.inkcloud.me using your MyPark credentials and upload your document to the InkCloud. Then access and print this document from the InkCloud at any Ink kiosk.

3. Login to park.inkcloud.me using your MyPark credentials and connect to another cloud account (e.g. Google Drive, Box, Dropbox). Upload your document to your cloud account; then access and print this document from your cloud account at any Ink Kiosk.

4. Login to park.inkcloud.me and click on "File - Print" to download the printer driver to a personal Windows or MacOS computer. Once installed, you can choose the Ink Kiosk as your document's print destination.  Access and print your document from the InkCloud at any Ink Kiosk.

5. Attach and email your document to upload@print.inkcloud.me from a Park.edu email account. Then access and print this document at any Ink Kiosk.

6. Save your document to a USB flash drive. Then insert this drive into the USB port on any Ink Kiosk to access and print your document. (NOTE: There are 2 USB flash drives at the Information Desk that could be briefly loaned for this purpose).

This video contains information on the new app and kiosks, installed by Park in 2022.

Park's IT services are automatically paged when an Ink Kiosk runs low on paper or is out-of-service.
