I can't log into the library! What should I do?

How you log into the library depends on what you're trying to do.
To Look for Books in the Library Catalog
- Use your Park ID followed by pu. For example, 1234567pu.
- Contact the library for help with the catalog.
Searching a Database or using Pirate Search
- For Pirate Search or databases, you will now use your Park Single Sign On (Park email address and Canvas/MyPark password). Like this:
- 1234567@park.edu
- Password
- If you still can't log into library databases or Pirate Search, there are two things to try:
- If your browser is autofilling passwords for you, you can view, change, or delete saved passwords.
- Reset your Park password:
- Go to https://accounts.park.edu.
- If that doesn't work, please call the ITS Help Desk at 816-584-6768 or 800-927-3024.

- Name
- Park ID number
- Exactly what you were trying to log into (database name, Pirate Search, catalog, etc.)
